Had an amazing stay with a room having the best view of the Duomo! Clean and comfortable space. Super helpful staff. Just a heads up, it’s a climb to get to the room, but definitely worth it for the location.

Right near Santa Maria del Fiore, couldn’t ask for a better spot! The room was cozy and wicked clean. The staff were super helpful. Every day our garbage was taken out, and little extras like snacks were appreciated. Just a heads up, climbing to the room ain’t easy if you got heavy bags!

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed in order. However, the bathroom felt a bit dated and required a walk down a public corridor, which could be inconvenient at night. Additionally, the wooden floor in the bedroom was coming up in places, posing a risk for scratches. Still, the friendly and attentive staff made the experience enjoyable overall.

Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. air conditioning worked well, but blackout curtains needed improvement.

i had a wonderful time at guesthouse bel duomo. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to the duomo, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. it was nice knowing the kids could play nearby while we relaxed in a comfy room.

This place was just a great match for a weekend adventure in Florence with high value for money. The room was a good size, and the daily cleaning kept everything fresh. Keep in mind that it's a trek to get to the rooms, so pack light.

The location is unbeatable! We loved being just steps from the Duomo and having a grocery store right across the street was super convenient for our family of five. The tiled floors, although cold, kept the place feeling nice and clean.

My wife says that the steep stairs were quite a workout for us all. A lift would really help families with little ones.
